- It contains MCT fractionated coconut oil, essential oils (Tea Tree, Peppermint, Clove, Oregano, Fennel, Spearmint, & Cardamom), & Vitamins D3, E, and K2. Hydrophobic & lipid-inspired, it enhances your oral care routine.
- GuruNanda Pulling Oil provides up to 12 hours of fresh breath & promotes gum hygiene. Designed to complement brushing, flossing, and rinsing, this oil pulling adds a preventive layer to your oral care routine.
- Pour 10-15ml of pulling oil into the provided measuring cup. Swish for 2 minutes, & gradually increase to 10 minutes. Discard the oil in the trash to avoid clogging pipes. Use on an empty stomach every morning for optimal results.
