- HOW TO USE: Add GuruNanda's Saline Premixed packet. Fill with purified or distilled water to the 240mL line. Lean forward with your head slightly tilted down. Keeping your mouth open, without holding your breath, place the cap snugly against one nostril. Squeeze the bottle gently into one nostril at least using 1/2 of the solution. Repeat in the second nostril.
