After cleansing, apply 3 drops to palm and gently press on skin until fully absorbed.
Follow your routine (if any) and as your skin becomes more hydrated and absorbs niacin more easily after the first few applications, increase to 6 drops at a time, then gradually top up with half a drop.
Important steps: Apply a high SPF sunscreen daily to prevent UV rays from blocking the binding of niacin to your skin.
Note: Niacin does not increase sensitivity to sunlight
