• USE HOT OR COLD: For moist heat therapy microwave Spa Bolster Roll on a rotating carousel for 30 seconds, flip and warm again. Do not to exceed 2. For cold therapy, place Spa Bolster Roll in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 30 minutes. Your Spa Bolster Roll will retain moist warmth for up to 15 minutes; chilled for up to 10 minutes. Perfect for soothing hot/cold therapy.
• REMOVABLE COVER: The removable covers are handcrafted from some of the highest quality and most plush weighty fabrics available in the market. They provide the ultimate in soothing comfort as they are super soft, warm and cozy. But they are also hypoallergenic and durable. There is no need to remove the cover for warming/chilling.
• WASHABLE: Remove the eucalyptus and lavender flaxseed insert and machine wash the cover in cold water, dry in clothes dryer medium heat. Do not get the insert wet!
